In 2014 Deep Blue Insurance agency was established with the purpose of providing superior service and support to clients of all sizes. With over 43 years of combined insurance experience, specializing in employer group benefits, we have developed a unique ability to design creative benefit solutions, allowing employers to maintain their budgets while offering a comprehensive benefits package to employees. We have extensive knowledge of the ever-changing health care industry and continue to invest time familiarizing ourselves with the latest issues, legislation and compliance. Typically wellness programs are passive and driven by the insurance carrier and/or wellness vendor. They offer discount gym memberships, weight loss programs and little to no personal support.
For large employers wishing to truly make an impact on their claim dollars, they must understand that wellness is not a “One Size” fits all program. For some just becoming more active and losing weight is the solution, but for many more it’s about proper nutrition and changing their daily habits slowly over time.
My wellness program is tailored to meet the specific needs of each individual through nutrition education and modification along with an exercise program that only requires 30 minutes per day and can be done in the office gym, at home or in a hotel while an employee is traveling. In addition to fitness and nutrition a large emphasis is placed on self-development, positive thinking and the individuals overall wellbeing.
All of this is provide through a small online group that I lead as well as working one on one with each individual via phone, text, email.
